You can add as much fruit but let sit for about 30 minutes.
1. Lemon, lime, orange: helps with digestion, vitamin c, immune defense, and heartburn
2. Green tea, mint, and lime: helps with fat burning, digestion, headaches, congestion, and fresh breath.
3. Cucumber, limes, and lemons: helps with water weight management, appetite control, hydration,.bloating, and digestion.
4. Strawberry, and kiwi: helps with cardiovascular health, immune system protection, blood sugar regulation, and digestion.
Instructions were to NOT leave water in bottles for more than 48 hours but you can reuse fruit for the same 48 hours. I would prefer to leave the fruit in the water and eat it once the water is gone, but for those who are on the go maybe just the flavor will suffice. Perfect flavored drink alternatives.
